This training, offered in French, enables you to learn the basic elements to implement and manage a Quality Management System (QMS) as specified in ISO 9001. You will be able to understand the different modules of a QMS, including QMS policy, procedures, performance measurements, management commitment, internal audit, management review, and continual improvement. You can sit the exam after going through & completing the course content, and then apply for the “PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 9001 Foundation” credential. This credential will show that you have understood the fundamental methodologies, requirements, framework and management approach.

The training price comes with the following:

  • Fees for training, exam, and certification
  • Training course material containing over 200 pages of information and practical examples
  • An attestation of course completion worth 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits
  • If you fail the exam, you can retake it within 12 months following the initial attempt for free

You have the flexibility to choose the dates that you would like to do the course, learn at your own pace/time, and take the exam when it is convenient for you.
