ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management – Lead Auditor (Online/Interactive/Instructor-led)

This training course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to perform an Information Security Management System (ISMS) audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. During the training, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process. Based on practical exercises, participants will be able to master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, communication with customers, and conflict resolution. After completing the training, participants can take the exam, and if successful, they can apply for a “PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor” credential. By holding a PECB Lead Auditor Certificate, participants will demonstrate that they have the capabilities and competencies to audit organizations based on best practices.

Description

Delivery mode: Online, instructor-led, and interactive

The course is offered with flexible times to better suit participants who have a challenge to get days off from work, therefore, it is scheduled over two weekends between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST on April 22nd – 23rd & April 29th – 30th. You will attend the scheduled live online classes where you will be able to interact with the instructor and other participants as you are guided through the course content. You can either take the exam the day after the training or book it at a later time that is convenient to you. You will also have 24/7 access to the training content with additional files available in an editable format (case study & exercises with correction key files).
