This training enables you to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in establishing, implementing, managing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001. Participants will also gain a thorough understanding of the best practices of QMS and consequently improve an organization’s customer satisfaction and overall performance and effectiveness. After completing the training, participants can take the exam, and if successful, they can apply for a “PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer” credential. This is a highly-sought after credential which demonstrates that you have the practical knowledge and professional capabilities to implement ISO 9001 in an organization. .

Description

Delivery mode: Online, instructor-led, and interactive

The course is offered on the following dates: April 25 – April 29, 2022, 9am – 5pm EST. You will attend the scheduled live online classes where you will be able to interact with the instructor and other participants as you are guided through the course content. You can either take the exam on Day 5 or book it at a later time that is convenient to you. You will also have 24/7 access to the training content with additional files available in an editable format (case study & exercises with correction key files).
